P4 Performance Management, Inc. (“P4” or the “Company”) provides intelligent and innovative Selective Outsourcing Solutions to large enterprise customers to ensure high availability of their business applications and communication networks through a combination of strategic consulting, remote application, system and network management & monitoring services. P4 primarily sells its services through channel relationships with service providers who offer P4 services on a private labeled basis to their enterprise clients. P4 services are bundled into three solution offerings:
- Optimization Services: Strategic consultative services that help companies to identify business related technology performance gaps relative to business requirements, regulatory compliance and necessary actions to optimize.
- Managed Information Technology: P4solve & P4watch provide centralized remote monitoring and management from our Global Enterprise Management Center of enterprise applications, servers/systems and network infrastructure to include managed security (P4secure™) and storage utilizing Titan, our Intelligent Performance Platform.
- Managed Communications: P4voice is our fully managed enterprise Voice over IP service (“VoIP”), specifically marketed as a Business Continuity Solution or carrier alternative.
P4, headquartered near North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park, in Raleigh, was formed in 2003 as a professional services firm focused on the telecommunications industry. P4 delivers its centralized remote management services from its Global Enterprise Management Center. The Company has clients across diverse vertical industries to include Entertainment & Media, Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications and Life Sciences.
