» Managed Storage Solutions
P4’s managed storage solution includes the provision, installation and management of storage hardware and system monitoring and management software. Low-cost, expandable storage capacities offer the flexibility to perform data replication or long term archiving. High Availability and data protection can be provided through the use of standard RAID levels, single or dual HBA connections, and dual-path technologies.
» Managed Backup Solutions
P4’s managed backup solution integrates enterprise backup software with our managed storage solution to provide fast, reliable system, application and database backups. By using disk-to-disk technology for backups, recovery time is significantly improved whilst costs are lowered by using high capacity Serial ATA drives. This solution can be customized to include Disaster Recovery/Bare Metal Restore backups of UNIX, Linux and Windows servers as well as hot-backups and/or snapshots of application and database systems for zero downtime.
Both solutions include 24/7 monitoring by P4’s Global Enterprise Management Center using our proprietary Titan™ monitoring platform. Customers can access real time storage and backup reports through our P4|Vu™ customer dashboard & portal.
