channel relationships with service providers who offer
P4 services on a private labeled basis to their enterprise
clients. P4 services are bundled into three solution
offerings:
- Optimization Services: Strategic consultative
services that help companies to identify business

performance gaps relative to business requirements,
regulatory compliance and necessary actions to optimize.
- Managed
Information Technology: P4solveSM & P4watchSM provide
centralized remote monitoring and management from
our Global Enterprise Management Center
of enterprise applications, servers/systems and

infrastructure
to include managed security (P4secureSM) and
storage utilizing TitanTM, our Intelligent
Performance Platform.
- Managed Communications: P4voiceSM is our fully managed enterprise Voice over
IP service (“VoIP”),
specifically marketed as a Business Continuity
Solution or carrier alternative.

successor to NetEffect Corporation,
a professional services firm focused on the telecommunications
