and manage custom or off-the-shelf applications
per customer's unique
requirements. Configure and manage application
level security. Create, modify, and remove user
accounts. Provide support as needed for application
software
installations and upgrades as possible.
- Capacity
Planning - Perform proactive application level
capacity planning and performance tuning as
required
- Hardware Maintenance - Remotely troubleshoot and
resolve application problems 24x7. Coordination of
application vendor maintenance and repairs for critical events
24x7.
- Patch Management - Apply patches and
new versions as necessary for the managed applications.
- Batch Job Processing - Manage and schedule batch
jobs as required per customer requirements.
- 24x7
Operational Support - Troubleshooting, escalation,
and resolution of application problems
24x7 including access to trouble ticketing system.
- Application Monitoring -
24x7 monitoring of any custom or off-the-shelf
applications and processes.
- Proactive Alert System - Paging and e-mail notification of alerts to proactively
deal with
application performance issues before they become service impacting.

Portal - Customer access to our secure
Web accessible portal, P4|VuSM, providing
top-to-bottom and end-to-end visibility to real time performance
of your critical applications
