P4watchSM is a subscription-based IT proactive monitoring service, delivering real-time, 24x7, surveillance of your complex infrastructures. P4watchSM provides proactive monitoring that identifies real and potential service interruptions. TitanTM, our Intelligent Performance Platform, proactively monitors traps and alarms set to customized thresholds. When an alarm is detected, TitanTM identifies the root cause of the issue and isolates the potential impacts. Automatic trouble ticket generation and customer notification processes are used to trigger corrective actions and reduce the time it takes to avert interruptions or restore service.

P4|VuSM Dashboard

Notification Process

P4|VuSM watch notifies customers when business systems and applications require attention, with built in escalation to ensure that critical events are always recognized and addressed by the designated IT staff member. Notification and escalation processes are defined at service onset, and are based on event severity.
