The P4 Business Partner Programs are designed to provide industry leading Managed IT and Communications services on a selective outsourced basis. These Managed IT and Communications capabilities are bundled into customized solutions and are remotely delivered from our Global Enterprise Management Center (GEMC™). Our business partners are provided the ability to deliver a fully managed portfolio of IT and Communications services, on a private branded basis, without a long development cycle or expensive capital investments.

The P4 Business Partner Program is designed for IT service and solution providers, often termed value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators (SIs), or telecommunications service providers who want the capability to meet their customer needs, grow profitable revenue and avoid the long development cycle and costly capital investments necessary to provider selective outsourced solutions. Our programs are best suited to those IT & telecommunications businesses which:

  • Want to sell services as a component of delivery of IT solutions to customers
  • Resell hardware or software but increasingly are being asked by customers to provide monitoring and management for those products
  • May already provide 8x5 support for IT infrastructure but lack the capital, sufficient revenue or expertise to build a full 24x7 managed service operation
  • May already deliver managed services in one area, such as networking or servers, but lack the expertise to expand coverage for their customers in other disciplines such as security monitoring, VoIP or mission critical business applications
